Santosh Enterprises produces a Prefab Prefabricated FRP Cabin. The wall panels measure three to five millimetres thick and the complete unit weighs no more than two hundred plus fifty kilograms - a light truck can move it. Workers lift the cabin off the vehicle and place it on level ground - no concrete foundation is required. Bolts join the factory made panels in less than an hour but also the structure is ready for use. The material does not rust, rot or lose strength under sun, rain or salt air. The cabin serves as a temporary office, security post or storage room on building sites, festival grounds or remote worksites. When the project ends, the crew undoes the bolts, stacks the panels and loads them back onto the truck. The plastic shell contains no timber as well as needs no paint - it releases almost no site waste.
