By leveraging upon our huge industry experience, we provide the best quality array of FEP/PFA Corrugated Pipe.Details: FEP/ PFA Corrugated Tubing is capable of turning sharp corners with very small bend diameters without reducing the inside diameter of the tube. These tubes also have a low refractive index allowing operators to watch and monitor any material passing through the tube while the non-stick surface allows for easy cleaning. FEP corrugated tubes will operate in applications where high temperatures are needed and other material is not suitable. The maximum continuous operating temperature is up to 150°C @ 0 pressure. Tubes can also be stainless steel braided for higher pressures or can be specially ordered in PFA corrugation for a maximum continuous operating temperature up to 200°C @ 0 pressure. FEP/ PFA corrugated pipe is an excellent electrical insulator and resists most strong corrosive liquids like hot acids. It is often used as an electrical or fluid conduit with robots that have flexible arms to deliver electrical wiring, air, or corrosive liquids. Corrugated pipe is manufactured from FEP or PFA and is non contaminating.
