Mill Power BP3 Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, heavy-duty pulverizer made for spice shops and small masala businesses that need reliable output with consistent fineness. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP3 is designed for daily commercial use with strong build quality and easy operation. This model operates on 3 HP power and delivers approx. 30 kg/hr production capacity (capacity depends on spice type, moisture level, and required mesh). With approx. 2.2 kWh energy consumption, BP3 offers efficient grinding with stable performance. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options as per your site requirement. BP3 is available in Mild Steel or full SS304 Stainless Steel body, manufactured with heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life and better durability in dusty grinding environments. The machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, ensuring smoother running, controlled vibration, and better grinding stability. For fineness control, it comes with a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing different mesh selection for different spice products. Applications include grinding chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves and ayurvedic herbs, making it suitable for multi-product grinding needs. For electrical safety and load monitoring, BP3 includes an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring/usage, a foundation may be recommended. The drive system uses single or double belt & pulley, depending on model requirement and load handling. Mill Power BP series includes BP2 to BP50, offering production capacities from 20 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr, with strong domestic supply and export presence in 30+ countries.
