Product Details
The Residential Stainless Steel Elevator is a sturdy lift built for private houses. It moves people smoothly between floors. The cabin walls are bright stainless steel - the lift looks clean and modern inside the home. Eight adults fit inside without crowding, which suits big families or large villas.
The lift travels one metre each second - a ride from one floor to the next finishes quickly. The doors open plus close by themselves - users step in and out without touching anything but also avoid getting caught. A small separate room beside the shaft holds the motor and the controller - service staff reach every part easily as well as the lift stays steady. The motor needs a 380-volt three phase supply and works at either 50 or 60 hertz, the same power that most household appliances use.
The lift adds comfort to daily life or its shiny metal finish looks good in any hallway.

Does your Residential Stainless-Steel Elevator require Pit space, or you provide without pit also?
Respected Sir, Thanks for your enquiry. 1500-1600 mm deep Pit required in traction type elevators but if you have no space to dig pit you may prefer for hydraulic elevator. in hydraulic elevator we need 400 mm deep pit. if not able to provide 400 mm lift will rest 300 mm above at ground floor. regards Dharam Engg.and elevators pvt ltd.
