The only one in the market with carts that move automatically: the oven descends to enclose the cart, goes back up to carry out the tilting movement and at the end of the cycle, it releases the carts which automatically follow each other in the oven.The rotational molding process is quite simple: A hollow mold is filled with powdered plastic resin. The mold begins rotating bi-axially and is transferred into an oven. The mold continues to rotate as the resin melts and coats the walls of the mold. The mold is cooled until the resin hardens into the desired shape.Rotomoulding Molding Machine involves a heated hollow mold which is filled with a charge or shot weight of material. Rotational molding Machine slowly rotated, causing the softened material to disperse and stick to the walls of the mold.
