Our range of Roll Grinding And Grooving Machines serve to grind and groove blunt chilled rolls and is also useful in the industry where chilled rolls are employed for similar purposes. Extra Heavy Duty & Extra Long alloy casting bed. Special headstock Gear. Single start worm of the headstock. Steel clutch in the headstock. Grinding wheel black silicon carbide (especially for chilled rolls). Fitting of the grinding wheel with two SKF bearing from one side. Hydraulic pump japan makes (Yuken the best in the world). Fully Hqnned & Micro finished cylinder from inside. Modern Hydraulic system allowing smooth, continuously variable table speed for optimum utilization of cutting speed. Change from grinding to fluting position in few minutes. The number of flutes (150-1200) Easy to set by exchanging the change gears. The convenient operating height of grinding & fluting head. Lubrication of the table guide waves fitted & operated the pump. Easy operation by the operator control. Machine will groove from 8 Groove / Inches 8-10-12-14-16-18-20-22-24-26-28-30 Design: Bed & Table of this machine rigid hollow castings internally ribbed, and able to resist the greatest strain. The feed motion of the table is affected by hydraulic pressure which secures more vibration free travel of the table during the pace of reversing. The adjustment of the table speed is infinitely variable in accordance with the respective operations and allows full utilization of the optimum cutting speed of our grooving tools. The pillow blocks can be furnished with inter-changeable bushes to suit any normal diameter of roll spindles. It is possible to adjust both pillows in a correctly horizontal & vertical position.
