Product Details
Being one of the trusted organizations in the market, we are engaged in providing a wide range of DE-360 Roller Screed Paver.Silent Features: High precision cylinder finish pavement for concrete slabs such as road, airport aprons & factory floors. Designed in a way for easy erection and transport. The spreader auger rotates in forward and reverses direction to spread the concrete to the level & the cylinder to finish the concrete to the grade. The machine moves ahead on the side shuttering, hence mounting rails are not required. 4 nos. of manually adjustable heavy duty mechanical jacks(with 4 mounting wheels) are provided for maintaining the machine level. We can move the machine by mounting wheel after reliving the mechanical jacks. Advantages: We have installed the gear motor in undercarriage for "continuous speed of finishing cylinder" which maintain the RPM steadily Hydraulic console unit – width and travel speed is variable and controlled by a single operator very smoothly Low initial investment in generator set and low operation / running cost. Hence better payback on investment Adaptability for upgradation to suit different application Optimum use of power to improve overall efficiency of the machine Technical Specifications: Frame Construction: These are bolted together according to the size of the slab width. Traction System Traction Drive: two hydraulically driven flanged wheel bogie. Optional Accessories Trimming attachment. PVC strip inserter/groove cutter & to an arrangement. Actual Working: After pouring the concrete on sub-grade the machine will move in the forward direction and the undercarriage moves to and fro in a transverse direction The undercarriage completes one cycle when it travels the entire width of the slab to and from Spreader auger are used to spread the excess material, which comes in the way of finishing drum The first pass of the cycle is the compaction pass while the second pass is the finishing pass After Undercarriage completes one cycle the machine moves in the forward direction.
