A rotary injection molding machine is a type of vertical injection molding machine that uses a rotating table (rotary platen) with multiple stations to increase production efficiency. Circular table with 2, 3, or 4 stations.Each station holds a mold.Rotates step-by-step between operationsWorking Principle At one station, inserts are loaded or finished parts are removed. The table rotates to bring the mold under the injection unit. The mold closes vertically. Molten plastic is injected into the mold. Cooling and solidification occur. The table rotates again to the next station. The cycle repeats continuously.Advantages High production rate due to continuous operation. Reduced cycle time (loading/unloading during moulding). Ideal for insert moulding (inserts stay in place due to gravity).
