Working Principle

Material is fed into the sifting chamber through the inlet. A rotating screening mechanism moves the material across the screen surface. Particles small enough to pass through the screen are collected through the fine-material outlet, while oversized particles are discharged separately.

The screening result depends on the screen mesh, rotor speed, feed rate, material characteristics, and machine design.
