Round aluminum tubing is often used for structural, architectural, aerospace and many other applications. Tubes are generally produced in 6061, 6063, 2024 and other alloys and are heat treated to maximize strength. They are lightweight, recyclable, and corrosion resistant.Aluminum exceptionally well absorbs heat making tubes which is a perfect specimen for temperature control applications like solar power, refrigerators, and air conditioning systems. The light weight and durability of aluminum tubes makes it useful in hydraulic systems, braces, fuel lines, and frames.Aluminum alloy is soft and usually alloyed with copper, zinc, magnesium, silicon, manganese and lithium to increase strength. When aluminum alloy is exposed to air, an anti-oxidant coating will be formed instantly to protect products. Aluminum alloy is one of the lightest metals.
