Basically this unit contains 3 machines that is Notebook Semi Automatic Paper Cutting Machine,Notebook Automatic Stitching and Folding Machine and Notebook Edge Squaring Machine or Back Squaring Machine.1. Notebook Semi Automatic Paper Cutting Machine:- This Machine is with Automatic Grade with Heavy Duty for Faster Running and to give High Production. Equippted with High Speed Worm Gear System. Three Motors are installed in this machine One for Main Cutting Blade second for Clamp and third for Measure. Equipped with Electromagnetic Heavy Duty Type Clutch and Brake System with Safety Censors for Hand Safety of Operator. Centralised Oil Pump System for lubrication of different parts of machine and Steel Plated Front Tables are included in this Machine. This Machine is used to cut the Notebook Papers and sheets into Smaller sizes and Accurate sizes. Cut the Paper into different sizes according to size of Notebooks. Notebook edges are cut into perfect accurate shape on this Machine.  2. Notebook Automatic Stitching and Folding Machine:-Machine is Fully Automatic you just need to place the Notebook pages,inserter and title cover page etc. on machine only and It will Stitch/Pin the Notebook, Fold and Press it and deliver the ready stock on the delivery table after completion of process. Difference/Gap of Pins is adjustable with the help of Touch Screen given on Machine and can be set as per requirement. PLC Controlled and Pneumatic Controlled System where at a time 6 Pins can be punch on Notebook or it can be adjust to less quantity with Touch Pannel installed Software which is easy and user friendly. Can be run with Normal Single Phase supply of 200/220 volts and Stitching and Folding both are done on Single Machine. This is very fast and Very High production Automatic Machine with very high stitching speed. Different types and guages of wire can be used according to thickness of Notebooks. Thick and Thin wires can be used and different cutting sets for thick/thin wires are given extra with machine. Machine stroke pressure is adjustable according to Notebook size with help of hand wheel that is given on downside or upside of Machine. ALL SPARES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.3. Notebook Edge Squaring Machine:-This Machine is used to give Square Shapes to the back end of the Notebooks. This Automatic Fully Hydraulic and PLC Controlled Machine perfectly press the bundle of Notebooks and rollers run on the downside of Notebooks and Backend of the Notebooks are perfectly shaped and finished.This Heavy Duty Machine is also called Back Pressing Machine. Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder System controlled by PLC Programming.
