Rubber Pipe Clamp – Detailed Product Description The GI Rubber Pipe Clamp is a heavy-duty pipe support accessory used for secure mounting and vibration-free fixing of pipelines in plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, and industrial piping systems. Product Construction Outer Body: Made from high-quality galvanized iron (GI) steel band, providing excellent strength and corrosion resistance. Inner Lining: Fitted with a high-density EPDM / NBR rubber lining that cushions the pipe. Fasteners: Supplied with high-tensile GI bolts, nuts, and threaded coupling for rigid and reliable fixing. Working Principle The rubber lining absorbs vibration, noise, and minor pipe movement, while the GI clamp body firmly holds the pipe in position. Tightening the bolts ensures a uniform clamping pressure around the pipe without damaging its surface.
