Some capping machines also apply the cap to the container before they are tightened.A capping machine's main function is to apply a metal or plastic thread lid, snap, or caps accurately and securely to a container or bottle. Capp closing machines also process plugs and other similar closures. These systems ensure sanitary workspaces, high production speeds, and affordable manufacturing costs.The machine works by passing a cap and bottle between different sets of spinning discs or spindles. The spinning discs will transmit the rotary motion to the cap. The cap will then turn in to the right place. You can find spindle cappers which are semi-automatic.
