The Seal Pack Box Strapping Machine, 40 SPM, is a semi automatic device that tightens plastic strap around cartons. It runs on 240 V and feeds up to forty straps each minute - output rises. Every load bearing part is stainless steel - the metal resists rust plus abrasion and gives years of steady service. After the operator places the carton on the table and pushes the pedal, the strap tensions but also seals at the same point every time - boxes from small to large all leave the station firmly banded. Because only the feed and seal cycle is motorised, the learning period stays short as well as fatigue drops. The frame is small enough to fit a warehouse aisle but strong enough for a production line. In short, the unit offers speed, strength and simple control for routine bundling work.
