The Semi Automatic Box Strapping Machine straps boxes in factories, warehouses and production lines. It feeds, tensions plus seals one plastic strap in about 0.7 seconds - a single operator closes a package in less than a second. The frame, motor and heat-sealing head are built in India to industrial standards - painted steel and sealed bearings give years of steady use with only occasional oiling. A foot switch starts the cycle leaving both hands free to hold the carton - tension but also seal pressure are preset - every strap is uniform. New users bolt the unit to the floor, plug it in and begin work - no extra tools or compressed air are required.
