The Semi Automatic Strapping Machine ETS-009 secures boxes for lines that pack and dispatch goods. It uses a 220V/50Hz power supply plus a motor that produces 0.5kW of power. The machine applies 24 straps every minute and accommodates strap widths between 6mm and 15.5mm. There is an adjustable tension control that pulls between 15kg and 45kg of force. By using a heating element to seal the straps but also a motor to feed the material, the device creates uniform packages. It is constructed from heavy duty materials to remain functional over time. As a result the operator performs fewer manual tasks during the process.
