The two roll rubber mill is a machine used to process natural rubber into various compounds. Two horizontally opposed stainless steel rolls rotate in opposite directions towards each other at different speeds to mix the rubber and ingredients used to create the rubber compounds.This mill works on the principle of compression by applying stress. Stress is applied by rotating heavy wheels or rollers. Roller mill consist of two cylindrical rollers made up of stone or metal where rollers have diameter ranging from few mm to a meter.
