Two Rolling Mill (TRM-321) automation control system, a collaboration between TMEIC and Primetals Technologies, enhances rolling precision and efficiency. It features advanced process models and control algorithms, improving product quality and reducing operational costs.Two Rolling Mill Model No. TRM-321 Roll diameter X Length = 6" X 12" Nip roll gap adjustment = 0.1 to 5.0 mm manually. Speed ratio of the rolls = 1:1.5 Operating temp = RT to 3000C Suitable for 100 to 200 gm batches. Both rollers individually helically geared with common AC motor with inbuilt reverse drive for cleaning & safety. motor rating 380V AC 3phase 50 Hz. 3 KW motor with premium gear box. Material of construction of rollers with be alloy steel With ground hard chrome plated. Rollers are electrically heated and temperature controlled individually by energy regulators. Safety cover boxes will be provided on cog‐ wheels. Weight of machine will be around 300 kgs. Floor model with rollers at a height of operators hands approx. Standard Brands of Siemens Motor (Noiseless) & Gear Box ( Elecon make) are used for smooth operation of complete system. Wattage of heaters 1.5KW each 220VAC
