Capacity: 4 TPH (Based on wheat, at 12% moisture and 10% impurities). No. of screens: 3 (Top Middle and Bottom). Screen Size Top: 1500(L) x 1420(W) Screen Size Middle: 1800(L) x 1420(W) Screen Size Bottom: 1950(L) x 1420(W Feed roller and hopper Dynamically balanced fan assembly for double stage aspiration. Waste produce spout on side with bag holding clamps. All M.S sheets components will be made on CNC machine. Air control system will be screw type arrangements. Total screen area should not be less than 5m2. Total motor HP will not be more than 7.5 HP. (Crompton/ Kirloskar/ Havel's or any standard make). All screen sections will be interchangeable and screen perforation will be changed by rubber balls
