This model operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, ensuring strong torque and smooth performance under heavy load. With a 10 HP motor (motor price extra as per brand like Crompton or other make), it delivers up to 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption—suitable for medium-to-high production needs. For durability and vibration control, MSH10DPSS is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure and uses a SS202 cabinet/body structure for hygienic flour handling. The grinding system features an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smoother milling action and consistent output quality across multiple grains. To match different flour textures, the machine comes with a 6-screen set and all accessories, enabling fineness adjustment as per customer demand. It also includes a 2-step hopper mechanism to regulate feed rate, helping prevent overload, stabilize current draw, and maintain uniform flour output during continuous grinding. For safety and monitoring, it is equipped with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism and supplied with an AMP meter & optimal cable setup to track load conditions. Installation is simplified because no foundation is required, making it easier for quick shop or production setup. As per MSHD series configuration, it uses a double belt & pulley mechanism for stable power transmission under commercial load conditions, supported by an oil tank for smoother extended running.
