Mill Power SSH5D (5 HP) Atta Chakki Machine for Small Business is a commercial-grade flour grinding machine designed for steady continuous operation, consistent fineness, and low-maintenance performance. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), it is ideal for small flour mills, grain shops, local atta points, hostels, farms, and small food-processing units that need reliable daily output in a compact commercial setup. SSH5D operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, ensuring smooth running and stable torque under load. With 5 HP power, it delivers up to 50 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 3.6 kWh power consumption—making it suitable for small-to-medium production requirements. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) The machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure for rigidity and vibration control and uses a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure suitable for hygienic flour handling environments. For consistent grinding quality, SSH5D features an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism combined with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smooth milling action and uniform flour output. Flour fineness can be adjusted using the included 6-screen set with all accessories, enabling texture selection as per customer requirement. To maintain steady output and prevent overload, the machine includes a 2-step hopper mechanism to control feed rate, stabilize current draw, and improve uniformity during continuous grinding. For safety and monitoring, it comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism and an AMP meter with optimal cable setup. Installation is simplified because no foundation is required, making it easy to set up in shops or small production spaces. As per SSHD series design, SSH5D is configured with no belt or pulley mechanism, reducing wear-and-tear and lowering routine maintenance. Suitable for grinding wheat, rice, maize/corn, millets, ragi, jowar, besan, all types of dal, plus select dry items like small-size black pepper, sugar, and dry leaves (as per dryness and screen selection).
