Mill Power MSH10DBS (10 HP) Atta Chakki Machine for Small Business is a commercial-duty flour grinding machine built for high output, stable continuous operation, and consistent fineness. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), it is ideal for mini flour mills, grain shops, local atta points, institutional kitchens, and small food-processing units where daily production and machine reliability are critical. MSH10DBS operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, ensuring strong torque and smooth running under heavy load. With a 10 HP motor (motor price extra as per Crompton or other make), it delivers up to 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption—making it suitable for medium-to-high volume grinding needs. For durability and vibration control, the machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure and uses a hygienic SS202 cabinet/body structure. The grinding system features an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism combined with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smooth milling action, reduced imbalance, and uniform flour output. Fineness adjustment is provided through the included 6-screen set with all accessories, allowing texture selection based on customer requirement. To maintain steady production and prevent overload during continuous grinding, the unit includes a 2-step hopper mechanism to control feed rate, stabilize current draw, and improve output consistency. For safe operation and monitoring, it comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism plus an AMP meter & optimal cable setup. Installation is easy because no foundation is required, helping businesses set up faster with minimal civil work. As per MSHD series configuration, MSH10DBS uses a double belt & pulley mechanism for stable power transmission under commercial load conditions, and it is supported with an oil tank for smoother extended running. Suitable for grinding wheat, rice, maize/corn, millets, ragi, jowar, besan, all types of dal, plus select dry items like small-size black pepper, sugar, and dry leaves (as per dryness and screen selection).
