With a 7.5 HP motor (motor price extra as per brand like Crompton or other make), it delivers 75–80 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 5.5 kWh power consumption—making it suitable for medium-to-high volume grinding needs. The machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure for rigidity and vibration control, and features a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure suitable for hygienic flour environments. For consistent grinding quality, SSH7.5DB uses an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism combined with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smooth milling action and uniform output. Flour texture can be adjusted using the included 6-screen set with all accessories, allowing fineness selection as per customer demand. To maintain steady production and prevent overload, the unit includes a 2-step hopper mechanism to control feed rate—helping stabilize current draw and improve flour uniformity during continuous grinding. For safety and monitoring, it comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism and an AMP meter with optimal cable setup to track load conditions.
