The Semi-Automatic Concrete Road Paver 6.25 Mtr from Royal Construction Machinery lays a 6.25 m wide strip of concrete in one pass - it suits highways, runways and heavy-duty floors. A single operator steers the unit while sensors and hydraulics handle grade plus slope - the result is a flat surface within ±3 mm tolerance. The main frame, side plates and vibrators use 8 mm steel - the machine keeps the same daily output on hot, dusty or wet sites. Each part bolts on - a crew replaces a worn plate in under thirty minutes. Royal builds the paver in its Ghaziabad plant and ships it new, oiled but also painted - one unit counts as a minimum order. Push-button panels sit at both ends and all gauges read in SI units. Contractors who run the paver finish a kilometre of 300 mm thick pavement per shift with a seven person crew.
