It is a sort of hand press in which a small cavity with magnet is made on the chuck to hold Crown Cork. The bottle is placed on a specially built plateform, so that Crown Cork head when pressed, automatically comes in the Centre of Bottle.Automatic capping machines are used in the food and beverage industry, chemical industry, e-liquid industry, pharmaceutical industry, and countless others. The Relia-Cap applies plastic and metal threaded caps onto plastic, glass and metal containers.A capping machine's main function is to apply a metal or plastic thread lid, snap, or caps accurately and securely to a container or bottle. Capp closing machines also process plugs and other similar closures. These systems ensure sanitary workspaces, high production speeds, and affordable manufacturing costs.Needless to say,even after over 120 years the crown cork is still omnipresent in our day-to-day lives. These crown corks are made out of tin (approximately 0.2 mm thick) with 21 serrations/teeth. The underside of the crown cork is lined with a PVC retainer that acts as a gasket to make the bottle airtight.
