The Atta Chakki Entoleter is a very high RPM machine which sanitizes the flour by destroying the insects before packing thereby increasing the shelf life of the flour.The Atta Chakki Entoleter is a very high RPM machine which sanitizes the flour by destroying the insects before packing thereby increasing the shelf life of the flour. It also acts as a high speed mixer to mix Micro-Nutrients and other additives with the flour before packing.Two persons can sit facing each other and move the chakki handle together to ease the work. The processed atta falls off the lower stone into the bhir — a circular receptacle below the chakki, which is made of mud and coated with multani mitti (Fuller's earth).
