A Kurkure Making Machine is a tool for the snack food industry, ensuring the high-quality and efficient production of Kurkure snacks.Kurkure are made by extrusion process. The kurkure corn meal is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the rotary die extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced.The kurkure raw materials for making Kurkure are easily available in India. Rice and corn flour are the main ingredients. Other ingredients include spices, salt, baking soda, and oil.Rotary head extruder is the key machine for making kurkure, but if you are looking for a commercial production, a kurkure extruder machine production line is needed. This line includes mixing process, extrusion process, frying process, flavoring process and packing process.
