We offer Turn-key installation alongwith process know-how and technical support for project to produce Frozen French Fry, nachos,tacos shell, banana chips etc. It includes process line, refrigeration system, freezer and building storage for Frozen products.
Advanced high performance Multi-flow Frying systems with precision process controls ; Multi flow maintains constant oil temperature on entire fryer length and results in more consistent finished product quality compared to single-flow fryers
MultiFlow also reduces the average oil velocity in the fryer to Half of that of a single-flow fryer. This gives you better control on retention time of chips in the fryer allowing you to produce more consistent quality chips. Better retention time control is a result of having smaller difference in velocity between product and oil. Lower oil velocity also results in low oil turbulence at the surface of the fryer which reduces oxidation of chips from the surrounding atmosphere.
MultiFlow allows you to operate without a high-infeed temperature, which negatively affects the FFA content. MultiFlow also gives you less oil in the product.
High performance continuous oil filtration unit that filters every drop of oil 2 times every minute to remove fines to maintain better oil quality.
Indirect oil heating and less oil in the system for good oil quality and better oil management. Lower oil in system and product also gives you the product with longest shelf life and freshest flavour Hygiene by design with (Cleaning in place) CIP system prevents hard to clean acumulations and oil damage MultiFlow gives you reduced trans fat formation in product.
