Semi-Automatic Screw Capping Machine Model LI-SC is suitable for applying Cap on various type and shape of Vials and bottles with maximum speed of 40 Vials/ Bottles per minute depending on Vial/ Bottle Size and type of Cap to be capping.They work by passing a bottle and its cap between a set of spinning discs that causes the cap to turn in place. Semi-automatic spindle bottle cap machines require a cap to be manually placed on a container. Fully automatic capping systems automatically place and torque caps on a container.High Speed, Highly Accurate Capping Machine to Fix Screw-on Caps and Oriented Snap-On Caps on Plastic Cosmetic Tubes. This high speed, highly precise capping machine which works upto 80 tubes per minute is suitable for fixing. Snap-on caps on tubes with servo driven orientation.
