High speed automated stretch wrappers are similar to semi-automatic styles in that a machine performs the actual stretch wrapping of a load. However, automatic stretch wrappers typically include infeed and exit conveyors to automatically cycle loads through the machine.Stretch wrapping is stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around a load of products allowing it to be stretched; this elasticity holds the load tightly together. Shrink Wrapping is covered loosely around a product or load & it shrinks tightly when heat is applied.With a rotating arm, a pallet remains stationary while the machine wraps the film around it. With a rotating table, the pallet is first placed on a rotating platform. The pallet rotates and the film is wrapped around the load. In both cases, this saves your employees a lot of work.
