This machine is used to package syrup, milk, water, glycerin, juice wine liquor, and shampoo. Lotions, liquid soaps, lubricant oil, motor oil, essential oils, cleaning chemicals, and cooking oils also use this filling technology.In the initial process of the powder filling machine, the machine runs on a principle of positive displacement that allows the screw that operates under a permanent head. The Auger of the machine dispatches the product, which passes through a funnel in the pouch/ container of the powder filler machine.There is filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line. When bottle reaches to the mechanical holder detained filling station, Bottle sensor sense the bottles and Magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft.
