Ultraviolet curing (commonly known as UV curing) is a photochemical process in which high-intensity ultraviolet light is used to instantly cure or “dry” inks, coatings or adhesives. UV formulations are liquid monomers and oligomers mixed with a small percent of photoinitiators, and then exposed to UV energy.UV curing has a number of advantages over these methods: It is faster – UV curing takes from seconds to minutes to harden a UV sensitive substance. It will cure the substance over a wide range of temperatures – the substance does not have to be heated or cooled to a particular temperature.The machine is used in cell phone crust, compact disc, thin film switch, electronic and plastic crust UV surface to painting, kinds of UV paint, IMD injection products curing. Moreover, it also can be used to cure electronic components, liquid crystal film, terminal gumming, cell phone parts sticking and LCD.
