We are pleased to introduce our products as listed below which are very much essential spares for Process and Power Boiler pressure parts:   BED COILS: Bed coils are used in the FBC boilers located in bed. We manufacture bed evaporator coils, fabricated out of carbon steel seamless tubes with MS Studds/ SS Studds as per customers' drawings and specifications. Our bed evaporator coils are used in FBC type of boilers. Special care is taken during ovality & thinning at the bent portion on cold bending machine and during butt welding of tubes. SUPERHEATERS: Superheatercoils are used in upstream of Boiler bank to superheat the saturated steam absorbing heat from hot exhaust gases in radiant zone /convection zone. Saturated steam can be heated up to a level about 200 - 250 C above saturation temperature of the boiler.We manufacture super heater coils, fabricated out of carbon steel and alloy steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. These super heater coils are used in primary or secondary stages of super heaters of Thermal Power Plants or Captive Power Plants. Special care is taken during ovality & thinning at the bent portion on cold bending machine and during butt welding of tubesWATER WALL PANEL: Water wall panels are used in Fired boilers and Waste Heat recovery boilers. We manufacture Water wall panels. These are fabricated out of carbon steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. We manufacture panel assembly with MS Flats and Carbon steel tubes with butt welding of tubes. ECONOMIZERS : Economizer coils are used in downstream of Boiler bank to preheat the feed water absorbing heat from hot exhaust gases. Feed water can be heated up to a level about 20 - 30 C below saturation temperature of the boiler. We manufacture Economizers, fabricated out of carbon steel and ERW steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications.Special care is taken during ovality & thinning at the bent portion on cold bending machine and during butt welding of tubes. All the above products are manufactured as per IBR and ASME standards, we are IBR approved manufacturing firm in India. The fabrication of the above products is manufactured at our manufacturing facility in Nacharam, Hyderabad.
