The Atta Chakki Entoleter is a very high RPM machine which sanitizes the flour by destroying the insects before packing thereby increasing the shelf life of the flour. It also acts as a high speed mixer to mix Micro-Nutrients and other additives with the flour before packing.An atta chakki, also known as a grain mill, grinds grains into little pieces and turns them into flour. When the grinding is finished, and the flour is formed, the flour is ready to eat. Grains such as wheat, rice, lentils and others are ground to make meals.A grinder is a machine or device which crushes something into small pieces.Wheat Chakki Atta has many health benefits: It contains Vitamin B, dietary fiber, iron, magnesium, and prevents weight gain. Adding Whole Wheat Chakki Atta as simple substitutions in your eating routine helps you receive the healthful reward without giving up the nourishment.The chakki atta is preferred more than the roller mill atta for the texture and taste of the Chapati/Roti (flat bread of India). Indian atta is a very very finely milled wheat flour. It works wonderfully well for making Indian flat breads and chakki is the most preferred milling process for indian breads.Thus, whole wheat flour is widely considered healthier.
