Ultrasonic cleaning machine uses high-frequency, high-intensity sound waves in a liquid to facilitate or specifically enhance the removal of foreign contaminants from surfaces submerged in an ultrasonically activated liquid in a fairly major way.Ultrasonic cleaners use high frequency sound waves (produced by an ultrasonic transducer) to create cavitation bubbles in a cleaning liquid. When the ultrasonic cavitation bubbles collapse, they create a cleaning action that can remove debris, dirt, grease, and other deposits from surfaces.As the generator begins to convert the direct source of power into electrical energy for the transducer, the transducer starts to vibrate and pulse. It also begins to convert the electrical energy into ultrasonic energy. As a result of the quick movement, the transducer creates high-frequency compression sound waves.
