The VPR is a cold membrane vacuum press is designed for woodworking and furniture production. Membrane press is equipped with rotary work-table, which saves production space and allow use it in small workshops.The most common use for vacuum presses in the woodshop is to adhere wood veneers or laminates to a substrate, usually plywood. Rather than building a complex mechanical clamp that uses curved cauls to apply pressure to the center of a glue-up, a vacuum press just requires that the assembly be inserted in the bag, Membrane Pressing is the process by which a 3D Laminate is bonded to a composite wood substrate using adhesives during a heated thermoforming process. The process enables components to be made with contoured surface profiles and seamless edges, eliminating the need for edge banding and special edge treatments.Membrane press adhesive is an adhesive system with some special additives added to the waterbased polyurethane dispersion used in the bonding process of MDF materials and PVC foils with the help of balloon and vacuum membrane press machines.A vacuum pump is a piece of equipment capable of generating a partial or low-pressure vacuum by pushing gas or air molecules out of a sealed chamber.
