SM-301/MGH Gravity Feed Soft Serve Machine with Three Flavors (2 Individual+1 Mix) with40% overrun. Gravity feed machines can produce soft serve, frozen yoghurt, and high-fiber ice creams (natural fruit pulp mix). Machine is equipped with two independent direct motor gear box drive for each flavor. Independent Feather touch controls for each flavor give ease of operations. The cleaning mode and removable beater dasher shaft makes cleaning easy. Standby mode saves energy and lowers operating costs during downtimes. Spiral Freezing Cylinder (Barrel) Technology, which uses a single thick SS tube with a unique spiral groove (gas channel), provides nearly 100 percent refrigeration efficiency.
