The Smak Ultrasonic Plastic Welding machine - 20 Khz, 2000 Watts has been designed and developed as a high performance industrial plastic welding machine to provide an accurate and productive method of welding. The output frequency of this ultrasonic plastic welding machine is 20 KHz. Therefore, the weld quality is achieved on an identical basis across all applications with high quality and consistent welds. The output current of this ultrasonic plastic welding machine varies from 100A to 200A in the output range and therefore may be considered as ideal for those applications which require industrial performance. The ultrasonic plastic welding machine will weld products with an extremely fast weld time of just 1.2 ms and therefore is ideally suited for rapid and productive production of products. Powered from a standard power supply (230V AC), the ultrasonic plastic welding machine operates using a standard compressed air pressure of 6bar making it highly reliable and efficient. The SMAK Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine has a very durable frame being made from high quality materials, weighing in at 110kg.
