A Solid Concrete Block Making Machine, Automatic is a specialized industrial machine designed to produce solid concrete blocks with minimal manual intervention. This machine automates the entire block-making process—including raw material feeding, mixing, molding, compaction (using hydraulic pressure and vibration), and block ejection—using programmable logic controllers (PLC) or computerized controls for high efficiency and consistent product quality.Automation: All major operations are automatically controlled, significantly reducing labor requirements and ensuring repeatable, high-quality output. Hydraulic & Vibration Compaction: Utilizes powerful hydraulic jacks (up to 4000 PSI or 25 MPa) and advanced vibration systems to produce dense, high-strength, and uniform solid blocks. Production Capacity: Capable of producing between 1,260 and 2,880 solid blocks per hour, or up to 28,800 blocks per 8-hour shift, depending on block size and machine model. Block Specifications: Supports various block sizes, such as 400×200×200 mm, 300×200×200 mm, and others, with compressive strengths averaging 3.5 to 7.5 MPa and water absorption less than 6%. Durability: Constructed from heavy-duty steel or mild steel, offering long service life and reliable operation in industrial environments. Versatility: By changing molds, the machine can produce different types and sizes of blocks, including solid, hollow, and paver blocks. Energy Efficiency: Designed for optimal power usage, typically requiring 10–25 HP (7.5–20 kW) depending on the model. User-Friendly Operation: Features intuitive control panels, easy maintenance, and integrated quality checks for smooth operation.
