Mill Power BP3SS304 Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, commercial-grade spice grinder built for consistent output, long service life, and hygienic operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this model is ideal for small masala units, retail grinding shops, cloud kitchens, ayurvedic processing, and exporters who prefer a stainless-steel body for better corrosion resistance and cleanliness. Powered by a 3 HP drive, the BP3SS304 delivers approx. 30 kg/hr production capacity (output depends on raw material type, dryness, screen selection, and required fineness). With approx. 2.2 kWh power consumption, it offers economical daily operation while maintaining stable grinding performance. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options, making it easy to install across different sites. This model comes with a full SS304 stainless steel body (heavy-duty ISI metal build), ensuring better durability and suitability for food-grade environments. Grinding is done via a Balanced Beater mechanism on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, designed to reduce vibration, improve grinding uniformity, and support continuous workload. For fineness control and product flexibility, BP3SS304 includes a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing quick changeover across different spices and powder grades. Applications include grinding of all masala, such as chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, along with many other dry spice mixes. For safe monitoring and load control, it includes an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and foundation may be required depending on floor condition, production hours, and working load. The drive system uses a single or double belt & pulley mechanism, depending on model requirement and operating conditions. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand such as Crompton or other.) The BP series offers multiple capacity options from BP2 to BP50, covering 20 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr, widely used in domestic markets and exports to 30+ countries.
