Mill Power BP5L (5 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial pulverizer made for stable continuous grinding, controlled fineness, and consistent output in spice and herbal processing. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP5L is ideal for spice shops, small-to-medium masala units, food processors, and ayurvedic/herbal manufacturers who need reliable performance with a practical production capacity. BP5L is offered in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, built with heavy-duty ISI metals to handle daily industrial use. The machine runs on 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase depending on site power. With 5 HP, BP5L delivers approx. 50 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) and consumes around 3.6 kWh. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth operation under load, BP5L uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and improving grinding consistency. It comes with a 3-screen set & all accessories to control particle size as per required masala fineness. For monitoring and safety, the machine includes an AMP meter with optimal cable setup, allowing operators to check current draw and manage load efficiently. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and based on floor strength and operating hours, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is via a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer for various spices and herbs. BP5L is suitable for grinding chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering uniform output across batches.
