RAPTORs SPICE PULVERASER     RAPTORs Spice Pulveriser is used for size reduction/grinding the Spice or Light Weight material with Cyclone-Dust collector with Co-axial or separate Blower (as per requirement and product physical property) for course to medium fine for Light density material and Spices.     Spice Pulveriser is designed with Low Power Consumption and easy handling & Maintenance. Spice Pulveriser is made out in Three Part (for easy to maintenance) from MS/SS heavy/Light duty prime plate as application and having with welded/bolted dust/water tight construction. In Top part of Spice Pulveriser having with easy quick replaceable serrated steel hardened liners at the top on inner surfaces and Bottom Part of Hammer Mill having with dynamically balanced rotor assembly with alloy steel suitable heavy duty shaft, co-axial blower, bearing, pedestal, suitable to product easy quick replaceable swing type hard facing hammers, MS/SS screen, suitable size cyclone MS/SS and as per required filtration area Dust Collector. SALIENT FEATURES: ·         Spice Pulveriser are Designed for multipurpose grinding application.·         Available in Stainless Steel Contact Parts and Stainless Steel GMP Grade.·         Jacket is providing for Chilled air/water for Cool Grinding as per customer requirement.·         We provide Spice Pulveriser Capacity is 50 Kg/Hr to 500 Kg/Hr (or as per our standard & Customer requirement BUT IT IS ADVAISABLE THAT FOR HIGHER SIZE CAPACITY PUT INDIVISIBLE BLOWER) having with Electrical Motor or as per required electrical load.
