Mill Power BP2SS304 Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, hygienic, and heavy-duty spice grinding solution designed for small businesses, startups, and low-to-medium batch production. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this model is ideal for customers who want SS304 full-body construction for better cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and export-ready presentation. The BP2SS304 runs on 2 HP power and provides approx. 20 kg/hr output capacity (output depends on product type, moisture level, and selected screen). With approx. 1.5 kWh energy consumption, it is an efficient machine for daily masala grinding operations. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options based on your site power supply. This model features a full SS304 stainless steel body using heavy-duty ISI metals, ensuring durability and food-grade handling. Grinding is performed through a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping maintain stable operation and uniform grinding. The machine includes a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing you to select fineness as required for different spices and herbs. BP2SS304 is suitable for grinding chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, along with other dry masala products. For electrical safety and load monitoring, it comes with an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation is supported using an anti-vibration pad, and foundation may be needed depending on floor strength and operational load. The drive system uses single or double belt & pulley, selected as per model requirement and application needs. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other.)
