Mill Power BP20 Masala Grinding Machine is a high-output, heavy-duty spice grinding solution built for commercial production units, expanding masala brands, and export-focused processors. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this model is engineered to deliver consistent grinding performance with strong build quality and long working life. The BP20 is powered by a 20 HP drive and is designed for approx. 200 kg/hr production capacity (capacity varies by spice type, moisture %, screen selection, and required fineness). With approx. 15 kWh energy consumption, it is suitable for continuous or large-batch operations where productivity and stability are priorities. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase configurations depending on site power and motor selection. This model is offered in Mild Steel or SS304 Stainless Steel full-body construction, using heavy-duty ISI metals for robust industrial performance. Grinding is done through a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain uniform particle size. The machine includes a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing control over output fineness for different masala requirements. BP20 is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, along with other dry spice mixtures. For safe operation and load monitoring, it comes with an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and foundation may be required depending on floor strength, running hours, and workload. The drive system uses a single or double belt & pulley mechanism, selected as per model design and application needs. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other.)
