Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing of dry powders and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. The effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35-70% of gross volume.Dry blending of free solids is the most frequent application for double cone blenders. These blenders can blend solids of different bulk densities and percentages in different ratios. During the rotation of the double cone, the matter is continuously intermixed.The primary benefit of utilizing a double cone blender is that it allows for the creation of a homogenous granule and dry powder mixture. These machines' efficiency has made them indispensable in the pharmaceutical business and a variety of other industries.The circular whirring motion creates a vortex or a spiral movement in the fluid. In the blender, the fluid includes both liquid ingredients and air. The vortex causes a vacuum at the centre of the jar, which pulls the strawberry toward the middle, much as a tornado does.
