The fundamental idea is simple to understand, Pneumatic hammer mill is essentially a steel drum with a rotating shaft or drum that is mounted with hammers, either vertically or horizontally. The hammers can either be fixed to the centre rotor or allowed to freely swing on the cross's ends. Material is fed into a feed hopper as the rotor inside the drum spins rapidly. The material is struck by the hammer bars, which shreds it and causes it to be expelled through screens in the drum of a chosen size.Pneumatic Hammer Mill is used for size reduction/grinding the material with & without Cyclone-Dust collector (as per product physical property) for course to medium fine for following field to be used like, Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, Wood Dust and Agro Waste Pelletizing Plant, Spice, Grain Base Distillery Milling Section, Agricultural Product/Grain like Maize, Gram, Rice, Rice husk, Ayurvedic herbs/Roots, Tobacco, Different types of Chemicals, Minerals, Pigments, Coal and many other product for to crush from lumpy, bulky, irregularly shaped, hard & fibrous materials, into coarse to medium fine powders.Hammer Mill is designed with Low Power Consumption and easy handling & Maintenance. Hammer Mill is made out in Two/three Part from MS/SS heavy/Light duty from prime plate as application and having with welded/bolted dust/water tight construction. In Top part of Hammer Mill having with easy quick replaceable serrated steel hardened liners at the top on inner surfaces and Bottom Part of Hammer Mill having with dynamically balanced rotor assembly with alloy steel suitable heavy duty shaft, bearing, pedestal, suitable to product easy quick replaceable swing type hardened hammers and MS/SS screen.   Raptor introduces specially designed ‘Super Hammer Mill’ for Grain based Distillery Milling section with the Art of Technical designing. Super Hammer Mill contains Rota Feeder, Plenum Chamber and Air Relishing System with it, having capacity of 2 TPH to 15 TPH.    For grain base distillery or Grain processes unit or higher capacity, Super Hammer Mill and Rota feeder unit modified with advance controlling system. Rota feeder is controls the feeding of Grain/Material to Hammer Mill by manually as per Hammer Mill load and also Rota feeder feed atmospherically fresh air in Hammer mill for to reduce the Hammer Mill internal Temperature.    In this set there is a specially Advance designed material distribution piece & Rota Feeder having facility of Fresh Air inlet with Auto/Manual control damper and air path connected with outlet thus materials will enter in Hammer Mill will Fresh Air. Also Permanent type magnet is designed in path of material for removing any iron particle.     There are also a specially Designed PLENUM chamber below Hammer Mill with air relishing system.
