Inner Chamber, Outer Chamber, Tank Flange and LID made of Stainless steel SS 304 / SS 316, Inner and outer jacket support with Horizontal Autoclave and outer jacket support and Outer jacket covered with square SS rod. Channel type support Legs. Radial lock door with safety control device system. Ports of the inner chamber for Pressure gauge, Safety valve, Steam release valve, Water outlet, Temperature gauge, Vacuum breaker, and Steam Trap. Ports of the Steam/outer chamber are a Pressure gauge, Safety valve, Steam inlet valve, Water outlet, Vacuum breaker, and Steam Trap.Trolley & Carrier Made of Complete Stainless pipes 304/316 grade. Hydraulically tested pressure is 40 psi and working pressure is 25 psi.Steam Generator Suitable For Horizontal Autoclave (Horizontal Type):Inner Chamber, Tank Flange, Outer Cover and LID made of mild steel. Legs Support made of Mild steel Channel structure. Gasket Made of Neoprene. Inner chamber contains ports for Water inlet, Steam outlet, Pressure gauge, Safety valve, Pressure Control Switch, Steam release valve, Water outlet, and Water level indicator. Bottom of the Steam generator contains Drain valve.
