For most evaporation systems, the solvent is water and heat are provided by steam condensation.Main factors in consideration during evaporator design are 1. Heat Transfer.2. The liquid-vapor separation units are called flash chambers or separation tanks.Flash chamber and calandria are combined together form the body of the evaporator.
