Product Description
The stenter machine is used to dry textile fabric. The heat required in fabric drying process in the stenter at issue is obtained from a hot-oil boiler. The heat recovery is accomplished by re-utilization of exhaust air from stenter machine by means of a heat exchanger.Stentering is a mechanical finishing process of textile. It is done for the stretching of fabric by the stenter machine.A stenter (sometimes called a tenter) is a specialist oven used in the textile industry for drying and heat treating fabric after wet processing.Instead of one step heating, in this research two steps drying process like simple steam heated roller drying before chambers at low temperature (50–80 °C) and then drying, heat setting at higher temperature (80–200 °C) in chambers successfully increase the speed of stenter as well as production.
