Shivam Deburring and Dedusting Machine have two main functions: Tablet dedusting andtablet cleaning through compressed air. De Burring and De Dusting Pharma Machine can beequipped with rotary tablet press machine. It is an ideal pharma machine for fine de-dusting oftablets and for upward movement of tablets with automatic dust removing system. Easycleaning, low maintenance, high efficiency and low power consumption are some of the idealfeatures of our Deburring and Dedusting Machine. The high performing Shivam De-burring &De-dusting machine provides a hygienic environment to tablet production through thecompressed air. It can be attached to any tablet press. It promotes easy cleaning with lesspower consumption and high efficiency.Salient Features - Dedusting Machine Compact & elegant, well prooven design. Vibro type & G.M.P. model Noiseless & Maintenance free unit. Electric power required less. All contact parts made of SS 304(SS 316 optionally) All contact parts can be easily washed and / or sterilized. Tablet conveying route is geometrically designed, for De-burring. Efficient de-burring & de-dusting and full suction of excess powder. Machine in fitted with the castor wheels for easy mobility. Dust collector port of 02nos Proper path to move the tablet. Mounted on a set of heavy duty springs and pad. De-dusting disc penetration dia is 3mm. Height adjustment stand design with four wheel.
